On the Login page, click on the Reset Password button:
Enter the Username to trigger a Reset Password email.
Click on the link in the emailer received – valid for 1 hour.
Example of Emailer:
“Dear User,
Please click here to complete your password reset. Login using your username: UserName
NOTE: This link is valid for 1 hour.
Follow the on-screen guidelines to change the password
NOTE: You cannot use a previously used password).
