If you have locked your account and have received the following email notification.
Example of Emailer:
“Dear User,
Your account has been locked due to 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
Please click here to reset your password and unlock your account.
Kind Regards"
Click on the link to open the Reset Password option.
Enter the Username to trigger a Reset Password emailer.
Click on the link in the email.
NOTE: Link is valid for 1 hour.
Example of Emailer:
“Dear User,
Please click here to complete your password reset. Login using your username: UserName
NOTE: This link is valid for 1 hour."
Follow the on screen guidelines to change the password (Note that you cannot use a previously used password).
